Thanks to our members John Brunner and Steve Merryweather for supplying the components for the meeting. John will be demoing a classic tube Ampex 354 reel-to-reel analog tape player. Anyone with 2 track tapes (NAB EQ best) of good recordings is welcome to bring music. Steve Merryweather makes handbuilt horn speaker cabinets featuring classic drivers from Altec and RCA. Steve's speakers have been featured in two previous past meetings. There will be streaming with a Linux Roon server and the latest Schiit Audio Yggdrasil OG DAC, their top model. Amps and preamps will include Conrad Johnson, MFA and some of John's designs. There are also a pair of Acoustic Zen Adagio speakers on hand to listen to, time permitting.
