Audio Fair

We will hold our fourth Audio Fair on Sunday, October 7th, 2001, from 11am to 3pm.
Location to be determined - likely to be bigger and better than ever!
Tables (6'x3' metal folding) will be available at reasonable rates for members, general public, and dealers. Click here for details!
Admission is only $3!  The public is welcome, no children under 12, please.

Our Audio Fair last September (2000) was such a hit that people immediately started asking when the next one will be!  We want the show to have something for everyone - from those interested in good quality vintage gear to those seeking recent state of the art equipment, as well as LOTS of records, CDs, and NOS tubes.  Come early and often!

We anticipate a great turnout!  To be publicized Audiomart and several places on the Internet, we expect to see:
Vintage audio gear - Classic equipment - Speakers - Rare and unusual items - Accessories and tweaks - Records - CDs - Tapes - Tubes
Find that piece you've been looking for!  Meet other audio and music enthusiasts!  Discover cool stuff you didn't know existed!  Get some good music to enjoy!

Past events (1999 and earlier)....
We visited TLG Acoustical Design in Chicago on Saturday, May 8, 1999.  TLG makes a HUGE stereo horn speaker system, shown at the 1999 WCES.  Remarkable visibly as well as sonically, this system is one you would remember for a long time. Website with details and photos.

Then there was the Hi-Fi '99 show at the Palmer House Hilton in downtown Chicago a week later.  They gave us a booth, enabling us to spread the word about our group.  Thanks!

We've had other special events such as a visit to tube manufacturer Richardson Electronics.
